Timber Modernism

As part of Wingspan’s Pabst Farms Industrial Development, this project features four new speculative industrial buildings, each with an 83,500 GSF footprint, designed to accommodate flexible multi-tenant industrial and office occupancies.

Each building includes loading dock access and is thoughtfully designed to support future office buildouts at key front façade locations, highlighted by large glass expanses and exposed heavy timber framing. The office areas include mezzanines with outdoor patios, covered by architecturally expressive wood-framed roof structures, offering a unique blend of industrial performance and modern workplace aesthetics.

The main structural system consists of steel roof framing and white acid-etched precast wall panels, featuring punched window openings that maximize natural daylight within the building interiors. This development offers a forward-thinking solution for businesses seeking industrial flexibility with premium office integration in a growing innovation hub.
