Future Ready
We led the architectural and interior design of L’BRI’s 32,000-square-foot industrial facility in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. The new building is located next to their existing campus and was designed for warehousing with integrated office space. Built-in flexibility supports future expansion or repurposing.
Our scope included full design services: site analysis, programming, 2D and 3D design studies, construction documentation, and construction administration. We developed a site and building plan that met zoning and stormwater requirements. The design also prioritized efficiency and long-term adaptability.
The facility accommodates factory, storage, and business occupancies. It features a 21–22 foot clear height and includes space for a future mezzanine. Precast concrete wall panels with formed reveal patterns and knock-out openings enhance both structural efficiency and design flexibility. Exterior finishes were selected to complement the existing facility and reinforce L’BRI’s brand. Our in-house interior design team created a cohesive finish palette for the office area. Materials and colors were tailored to L’BRI’s vision and operational needs.
