Industrial Flexibility
At JAKnetter Architects, we delivered architectural, structural engineering, and site lighting design services for a new 115,313 GSF industrial facility in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Developed for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDRP), the building functions as a single-user facility with built-in flexibility for future multi-tenant use.
We designed the layout to include a mix of office, warehouse, and production space. At the northeast corner, we introduced a prominent office component that supports KDRP’s program goals and reinforces the building’s visual identity. To support efficient operations and future adaptability, we tailored the warehouse for low-hazard storage and organized it to optimize workflow. We designed the structure with a 32-foot clear height to meet the demands of modern industrial use.

For the exterior, we specified painted, load-bearing precast concrete wall panels featuring formed reveal patterns and built-in knockout panel options for future expansion. This approach provided long-term durability and flexibility.
This project continues our design work along Green Road and aligns with the architectural language we established in previous nearby developments. The completed facility offers KDRP a high-performance, future-ready industrial space tailored to their operational needs.
