Glue Dots International (GDI), a subsidiary of Ellsworth Adhesives, completed a 72,975 GSF expansion to support industrial adhesive production and streamline material storage and flow. Our design features a 5,300 SF mezzanine office for future growth and a 2,300 SF storage mezzanine above the production floor, maximizing vertical efficiency. The project unified operations into a cohesive, purpose-built facility.
