Brookfield Central Concession Pavilion is a newly constructed, 1,300-square-foot facility designed to serve as a vital hub for student life and community engagement. Strategically located at the heart of Brookfield Central High School’s athletic campus—between the football field, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, and softball fields—the pavilion acts as a central gathering point for spectators, students, and families during school events and athletic competitions.
The building offers a fully equipped concession area with modern amenities, including indoor plumbing, accessible restrooms, and a generous roof overhang that provides covered seating with tables and chairs. More than a place for food and beverage service, the pavilion serves as a welcoming space for social interaction and school spirit.
This project plays a key role in fostering community reinvestment, supporting sustainable, mixed-use redevelopment while maintaining sensitivity to the surrounding neighborhoods. By enhancing both the function and experience of the school’s outdoor spaces, the pavilion contributes to a more connected and active community environment.
